Clever Calendar Products are Australian Made

We support Australian Made Products and manufacture in our factory in Seven Hills N.S.W. Depending upon availability of the best materials at the time we purchase from local and international suppliers.We also make it a policy wherever possible to employ local staff. So most of the people you talk to on the phone and in our factory live in the Seven Hills - Blacktown area. This keeps the impact of travel to a minimum and helps support our local area. We look after a few of the local public schools by donating magnetic material and vinyls for craft supplies.

Payment Options and Fees
When it comes to paying for your order, there are numerous options available. We accept Cash (In-store Only), Cheque, Bank Deposit, Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard only) and Afterpay.
When you place your order rest assured that you will not pay any fees when you use your Credit Card or Afterpay.
When it comes to providing your credit card details, your credit card information is processed securely and the card details are not stored. They are disposed of securely once processed.

Can I have a sample pack?
Currently we don't have sample packs for the calendar magnets, however we do have loose samples that we are more than happy to forward onto you. Just let us know what style magnets you are wanting to see a physical sample of and we will pop it in the post for you.

Is there a Fee for Artwork?
When you place your order there is no Fee involved for us to create your required design. This is waived for our customers.
The only time there will be an artwork fee charged is if you place an order, we create the artwork for you, then you cancel your order once we have provided you with your required design. The minimum cost for artwork start at $66.00 inc GST and is subject to change per order.

Will I received a proof?
Once you have placed your order, payment has been processed and you have supplied us with all relevant information and images you require on magnets we will create a proof for you. When you receive the proof, make sure to check everything carefully before you approve the artwork.
Although all care is taken when creating artwork, human error does and can come into play.
If you notice something not quite right, bring it to our attention, whether it be an error or if you just don't like the placement of something in your design. Let us know and we are happy to fix it and create a new proof for your approval. We strive to make your magnets perfect.

Can I order a custom size?
Absolutely. You can discuss this further by either calling one of our helpful customer service specialists on (02) 9838 7200 or by emailing us on sales@clever-products.com.au and we will endeavor to assist you further with your enquiry.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel you order. Please be aware though that this is restricted. If we have not created artwork there will be no costs involved when cancelling.
If artwork has been created for your order and you then cancel, there will be an artwork charge payable. The minimum cost for artwork start at $66.00 inc GST and is subject to change per order.
Once your order has started the production phase, there is no way cancel the order and be refunded.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Whilst all care is taken, breakages and losses do occur. We use Australia Post, StarTrack, Fastway, Couriers Please, TNT and others to get your parcel to you quickly and undamaged, but in the unlikely event that you do receive your item and it is not as expected please call our sales staff Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm AEST. (We close for all public holidays). They will help you sort out  the problem. Please do not send back unauthorised returns, they will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery
Custom printed items will be despatched within 10 days of artwork approval and payment. (Except in peak production times) you will be notified when we take your order how long production will be.
Delivery time is in addition to production time. Please remember that we are the manufacturer and need time to make your order for you.

Fast Delivery Australia Wide
We use Australia Post, Fastway couriers, TNT or Couriers Please to get your parcel to you in the quickest safest way. Orders are trackable, so if you are wondering when your parcel will arrive, email us, and we will set you up with the tracking number and website to check.
